Custom AI agents that work 24/7 with your team
A SourcingUp AI agent is not a generic chatbot: it is a digital teammate with a goal, tools and operational judgment. It answers, qualifies leads, builds orders and analyzes — trained on your processes, inside the Super Humanos framework (people + agents).
What an AI agent is (and what it is not)
A direct answer for anyone asking Google or ChatGPT: an agent is a system with a business goal, access to tools and rules to act or escalate to a human. It is not an FAQ widget.
Business objective
Take orders, qualify leads, reactivate customers or reply in your brand voice — measurable, not “chat for the sake of chatting.”
Real tools
WhatsApp, catalog, CommerceUp, ERP/CRM or APIs. The agent operates on your operational data.
Judgment and escalation
It knows when to resolve on its own and when to hand the case to a person with full context.
Not a marketing chatbot
If it only returns paragraphs with no actions or data, it is not the product we sell.
Who it is for — and who it is not
It fits if you have volume of inquiries, orders or leads that today consume human time. It does not fit if you want a demo bot with no ownership or clean data.
Yes: commercial operations
Wholesalers, retail, marketplaces and services with repetitive support and clear rules.
Yes: a team with judgment
There are people who define tone, exceptions and priority — the agent amplifies; it does not invent the company.
No: magic without data
If there are no processes, catalog or defined channels, we organize that first (or we start with a small case).
No: full team replacement
We do not sell “fire the call center.” We sell Super Humanos: people + agents.
SourcingUp agent vs generic chatbot vs rigid automation
Same question, three paths. The difference is whether the system acts on your business or only chats.
| SourcingUp agent | Generic chatbot | Rigid automation | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Objective | Business goal + KPIs | Reply to messages | Fixed if/then rules |
| Data | Catalog, orders, CRM/ERP | Static FAQ | Spreadsheets / scripts |
| Exceptions | Escalates to a human with context | Gets stuck or invents | Breaks or needs IT |
| Framework | Super Humanos (people + AI) | Isolated widget | Flow with no learning |
| CommerceUp | Native on the operation | Separate integration | Custom / fragile |

Frequently asked questions about AI agents
What people usually ask before requesting a quote.
Is an AI agent the same as a chatbot?
No. A chatbot replies with text. An agent has a goal, tools (WhatsApp, catalog, ERP, CRM) and judgment to act: qualify, build orders, escalate to a human or trigger a flow.
Do they replace my sales or support team?
No. They work with your people: they handle the repetitive, qualify leads and leave to humans what needs commercial judgment. That is why we talk about Super Humanos teams (people + agents).
Do they work if I do not have CommerceUp?
Yes. We design agents on your processes and systems. If you also use CommerceUp, the agent operates with real orders, stock and customers — less friction and more context.
How long until a first agent is in production?
It depends on scope (one WhatsApp channel vs. B2B orders + ERP). In discovery we define a first measurable use case; we do not promise generic timelines without mapping data and exceptions.
Do you train with my company data?
Yes, within the scope we agree: tones, FAQs, catalog, commercial rules. We do not publish client datasets or invent cases.
What happens when the agent does not know?
It escalates to a human with case context. The design includes thresholds: better to hand off than invent.
Can I start with a single process?
Yes. The usual path is one star agent (support, leads or orders) and then add other roles. We avoid “AI everywhere” without ownership.
How is pricing structured?
Design/implementation + operation by scope. If CommerceUp is involved, it can go with SaaS + Super Humanos hours (evolutionary work). We give a proposal with milestones — not an invented price on the website.
