Privacy policy
How we handle your personal data in Argentina (Law 25.326).
SourcingUp (Humboldt 1967, CABA, Argentina) describes in plain language how we handle your personal data when you use this site or contact us. The applicable framework is Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection of the Argentine Republic and complementary rules.
1. Controller
The data controller is SourcingUp. To exercise your rights or ask questions, write to info@sourcingup.com or use WhatsApp from the site.
2. What data we collect
- Data you send in forms or messages (name, email, phone, company and the content of your inquiry).
- Basic technical browsing data (for example IP, device type and pages visited) when we use measurement tools or cookies.
We do not ask for sensitive data to use the site. If you send it by mistake in a message, we will use it only to reply and delete it when it is no longer needed.
3. What we use it for
- Respond to inquiries, quotes and contact requests.
- Provide information about our services (CommerceUp eCommerce, AI agents and digital solutions).
- Improve the site and understand aggregate usage (analytics).
- Meet legal obligations when applicable.
4. Legal basis and nature of processing
We process your data with your consent when you contact us or accept non-essential cookies (if any), and when it is necessary to manage a commercial relationship or a legitimate interest compatible with Argentine law (for example, responding to a request you started).
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We may share it only with providers that help us operate (hosting, email, messaging, analytics), under confidentiality instructions, or when the law requires it. If we use tools abroad, we seek processing compatible with applicable Argentine rules.
6. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed for the purpose (for example, commercial inquiry history) and for legal or rights-defense periods. Then we delete or anonymize it.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, update or deletion of your data, and object to certain processing, under Law 25.326. You may also file a complaint with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), Argentina’s supervisory authority.
8. Cookies and digital media
The site may use first- or third-party cookies for operation and measurement. You can configure your browser to reject them; some features may be limited.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect information. No system is 100% secure; if you detect an incident, notify us at info@sourcingup.com.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is published on this page with an update date.
