Short answer: CommerceUp B2B is SourcingUp’s eCommerce platform for wholesale selling: a portal with per-customer price lists, credit accounts, minimums/multiples, ERP sync and LatAm and Spain payments/shipping. SaaS subscription with no commission per sale; what does not ship out of the box is built with Super Humanos hours.

Does CommerceUp charge commission per sale?
No. The model is SaaS subscription + implementation. There is no % of your revenue.
Can I migrate from Tiendanube or Shopify?
Yes. Catalog and data migration by scope; B2B rules (price lists, credit, portal) are configured in CommerceUp. We do not promise a “magic button”: migration scope is defined in the proposal.
Does it work if I already have an ERP?
Yes. Contabilium, Flexxus, Tango and others via native or API / Super Humanos hours. One master catalog; the order goes to the ERP per the project design.
How long does a go-live take?
It depends on scope: onboarding, data, payments/shipping and ERP sync. What ships out of the box is implemented in the base project; custom work goes through Super Humanos hours. We give you a milestone plan in the proposal — no invented generic timelines.
What does the out-of-the-box SaaS not include?
Integrations or flows that do not exist as a native module. That is built with Super Humanos hours (evolutionary) or API. We do not invent connectors: if it is not there, we say so and quote it.
Do AI agents replace my sales force?
No. They work with your salespeople: they take WhatsApp orders, qualify new accounts and alert replenishment on real CommerceUp or ERP data.
Can I run B2B and B2C together?
Yes. Different rules by customer type on the same platform (pricing, visibility, checkout).
Which countries do you work in?
Spanish-speaking LatAm and Spain. There are country pages and a Reseller program for local partners.
